You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you are a minor, you need consent from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Permitted use
You may use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You must not attempt to modify, decompile, or distribute the App without authorization.
5. Medical disclaimer
Hemio is not a medical device and does not replace professional advice. Pulse and SpO2 estimates are informational and should not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
6. Accuracy and limits
Accuracy depends on finger placement, lighting, hand stability, and camera quality. Pulse and SpO2 results are informational and we do not guarantee accuracy.
7. Privacy and data
The App does not require an account and does not collect or store personal data in our databases. We do not send data to the cloud. Processing happens locally on the device using the camera and flash for pulse and SpO2 estimates. History stays local on your device and we cannot access it.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the App, including source code, design, and content, are protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of liability
You use the App at your own risk. We are not liable for losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use the App.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated.
